Gatsby Style Hairpiece: Flapper Bridal Hair!

I love the Great Gatsby, and even though I don’t have the right body shape for the flapper look, I sometimes dream of champagne-drenched halcyon days and sultry nights in the Gatsby era.

I still maintain that one doesn’t have to go all out with an actual theme for the wedding (too much of a good thing can be really costumey). I’d like to think that I can still pick and choose references inspired by the era I love so much.

Which is probably why I’m looking to incorporate some of that Daisy-look in my hair. Nothing full on, mind you. The overall effect I’m shooting for is understated elegance with a twist; sort of vintage-lite or Gatsby-redux. [-via-]
