Eva Sachiko Popiel (Hangul: 에바 포피엘, Katakana: エバ・幸子・ポピエル), more commonly known as Eva, is a Japanese British actress and model active in South Korea.

Born in Tokyo, Japan to a Japanese mother and British father of Polish descent. She moved to England when she was 14 years old. Eva grew up in England and attended the University of Durham, where she studied Chinese and Business joint honours. Before coming to Korea in 2005, she was the Japanese representative for L’oreal from September 2003 to August 2005. It was only through doing a month homestay on Super Junior Full House in 2006 that skyrocketed her popularity.

In 2007, Eva replaced English Speed Quiz teacher Leah on Star Golden Bell before the segment ended. She also regularly appears on KBS’s Global Talk Show as representative of the United Kingdom.

She has already registered her marriage with her South Korean boyfriend who is working as a lecturer in leisure sports, before their wedding ceremony on October 16, 2010.
